Christmas Day Outfit..

Hey darlings, i hope you are all having a lovely christmas break. I can't believe that christmas has been and gone now and we are now awaiting the new year! Seriously Scary thought that! I had wanted to post this on Christmas day but that was my only day off during this festive season so i just decided not to stress. I spent the day eating, opening presents.. cooking more food to eat and then i convinced my brother to go to the river with me for a walk to let the food settle and whipped out the camera from my lovely granddad jumper and forced him to take my pictures. Thanx Dids you did great :).
I think i actually live in this jumper more than anything else during the winter season. I promise it does get washed though. Its just so warm and snuggly that i always reach for it when i want comfortable outerwear. Which is not really fair to the rest of the clothes and jumper in my wardrobe but hey ho.

As you can see as well... christmas is all about relaxing and having a bit of alcohol. That is if you drink and are also legally allowed to do so which from the amount of wrinkles i am starting to get i am. I didn't want to stop the festivities even when we went on our walk so i brought my glass of rose with me to keep me warm. Hence the glazed eyes in some of the pictures. I think it was all starting to take affect by then.
I wish i had a better camera for you guys to see how amazing and beautiful it is by the river especially when the sun is setting. Fingers crossed for next time.

And finally the outfit it self. I kept it all simple in terms of jewellery and accessories since i just wanted to be comfortable seeing as how i was spending all day at home. I didn't even get a chance to brush my hair hence the messy do although i never really tend to brush it to perfection since i like a messy look. I love this dress so much and i am sure you guys saw it in one of my first ever hauls if you have been reading my blog for a while now. I brought it for just three pounds (YES £3) and i didn't really have an occasion to wear it since it is not really my usual style but i felt it was perfect for christmas and matched my raspberry nails and purple lips perfectly. What do you think? I know its not very festive but it was comfy. Plus, gold can be festive right?  right? I am starting to waffle now so i will talk to y'all soon.
