Onto the simple stuff now. For my outfit today i wore a really special dress to me seeing as how i designed it and went fabric shopping for it as well. The only thing i didn't do was sit down and actually sew up the dress myself. I have been designing clothes for a while now and it was amazing to actually wear one of my own designs. I designed this to be my church dress and so its a bit more formal and conservative compared to the clothes you would perhaps normally catch me wearing. I have plenty more outfits that i have designed for watch this space. The good news as well is that since they are all african prints they are bring and colourful and will bring some much needed colour into my basic wardrobe.

What do you guess this of the print. To get the dress made cost £2 and the material itself was only £3. So all together this dress was just £5 which i am so impressed with. I can see this going in Topshop for over £30
We came across the half finished house with over grown trees and flowers and it really reminded me of the secret garden. We have made a pact o explore it before the week is out and see if we can find any treasure. So watch this space!
I am off now to enjoy the sun since it has been raining for the past few days here in muhnga and i have actually had to pull out Bob my Cardie and wear him out during the day! Rain season is officially here in Rwanda.
I will talk to y'all soon and love y'all
