IssieEats: Pudology

I'm in love guys and its feels wonderful. No I don't have a boyfriend but I have discovered Pudology and it actually changed my mind about a few things and in particular Chocolate and going vegan.
I have been a vegetarian for over 14 years now and I have always wanted to take one step further and go vegan but I love baking and eating cheese too much that no matter how often I try, I always fall off the wagon. I was recently introduced to the Pudology desserts and omg they are amazing. They are gluten free and dairy free which makes them winners already in my eyes without even trying them. They are packed beautifully as well so they are pleasing to the eye.

Millionaires and Banoffee Puds - Pudology*

I was lucky enough to try the Millionaires and Banoffee Puds and even my brother who hates 'free from' couldn't taste much difference. I normally hate chocolate deserts as they are excessively sweet but both the desserts had a nice rich chocolate flavour and there was a strong undertone of coconut. I love coconut so for me it was absolute perfection.

They are quite rich though so I did struggle to finish the whole pot in one sitting. Though this to me was a plus since it means that I don't put on as much weight.  I am so excited to get some more samples especially the coconut yogurt that Lucy  the creator told me she uses in her baking. I will share with you guys any recipes I think of as I already have some ideas for both dessert and pudding.  I am thinking homemade Granola with coconut yogurt and  Vegan Blueberry Coconut Muffins or maybe some nice protein pancakes.

If you want to try out the pudology desserts and guys you don't have to be vegan or a celiac to enjoy them, you can pick some up from your local supermarket or online. If you do try some of the other flavours let me know what your favourite is.

I will talk to y'all soon
Love Issie
